Design and Build at Winterslow Road, Swindon

Design and construction of 14 new high quality affordable homes using timber frame with brick façade, UPVC windows and smooth grey concrete tiled roofs.

 Windows and doors were secured by design approved and the building envelopes were insulated to high standard. 

This was a challenging site in the middle of an existing residential area but backing on to Seven Fields Nature Reserve. An attenuation pond was constructed to take rainwater runoff from the site and fenced off for the safety of the community.

Externally, to the front of the properties car parking has been provided including permeable surface areas and to the rear, gardens are fenced with close board panels and turfed with patio areas and footpaths formed in flag paving.
