Hillarys Blinds, Cheltenham

Construction of a new 139 sq m 1,500 sq ft retail unit shell and associated external works plus provision of additional parking.

This was a Design and Build Contract. The phased works ensured that at no time was there a reduction in existing parking facilities. Formation of a new shop unit shell within a confined area of the existing Retail Park. The unit was constructed with a ground bearing substructure, steel frame and standing seam roof. Glazed curtain walling together with dark blue facing brick with a feature of Accoya modified timber formed the envelope cladding.

Mains services were provided together with additional parking, bin store, paving and landscaping externally.
