Traditional form of construction with a mix of reconstructed stone, render and plain tile elevations under a a slate roof.
The two storey 1600m² property has 32 ensuite bedrooms with ancillary rooms such as assisted bathrooms, and rooms for resident specialist care. Amenity spaces for the residents including two dayrooms, a tea room and a traditional pub also provided, all finished to a very high specification.
Externally, to the front of the property car parking has been provided including permeable surface areas and to the rear landscaped gardens including paths & patios, raised planting beds and an Oak gazebo.
